The following gives answers to questions that are most frequently asked by attendees. If you don't see an answer here to a question that you may have, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!

Who should attend the Automotive Training Expo?

Anyone who is in the automotive mechanical and collision repair industry will benefit from the training opportunities and Expo exhibits at the Automotive Training Expo. This includes:

  • Technicians
  • Service Advisors
  • Management Staff
  • Business Owners
  • Office Staff

This is your chance to receive the latest technical, management and sales training from leading industry instructors!


Who produces the Automotive Training Expo?

Northwest Auto Care Alliance who is one of the driving forces for automotive service professionals.  We promote and provide continuous improvement, networking and advocacy.  We are a volunteer driven organization made up of shop owners, suppliers and friends just like you. 

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by March 14, 2025 for a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations received after March 14, 2025 are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person by March 14, 2025 by providing authorization to us at brenda@nwautocare.org or joanna@nwautocare.org. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after March 14, 2025 are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Northwest Auto Care Alliance is limited only to the return of paid registration fees.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I am unable to attend?

Yes. You may transfer your paid registration to another person by providing authorization to us at brenda@nwautocare.org or joanna@nwautocare.org

Do the registration fees include hotel stay?

No. However, we have set up a special discount at the DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport for ATE attendees. You can either call the DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport directly to make a reservation (just mention the Automotive Training Expo to receive the special discount), or you can make a reservation online.
